Judicial system has been restored in Buner, Shangla, Upper Dir and Malakand Division and registrars have started to come on their duties in these areas.

Registrar Peshawar High Court (PHC), Qalandar Ali Khan while talking to a private TV channel told that cases were being disposed of in areas of Swat.

Asked about Nizam-e-Adl, he said that consultations and talks were underway with NWFP Government for its implementation, as it became a law.

Responding to a question, he said that Dar-ul-Qaza to function after situation improves in Malakand, adding the provincial government would provide structure, staff and other facilities for this purpose.
