Town’s hottest hunk John Abraham may have impressed us in ‘New York’ but the actor may land in serious trouble soon because of an obscene photograph published in a newspaper.

Reportedly an NGO had approached the Moti Nagar police station in Delhi to register a case against the actor, publisher and editor of the daily in which the photo was published.

Later the NGO knocked the doors of the city’s court for justice. Resulting this, the magistrate has ordered the police to submit the report within two weeks after which the actor may land in jail.
According to the NGO, the photograph which is available in public could corrupt young minds which can be dangerous.

Advocate Ramesh Chabbra who is representing the NGO says, “In the photograph, the actor is covering his private parts with his hands while his trousers are below his knees.”

“The photo is in very bad taste and the complaint was filed under Sections 292 and 294 of the Indian Penal Code.”

The hearing of the case has been fixed for July 30. If the charges against the actor are proved then John may have to spend two to five years in jail.

John has made women swoon by his nude act in the flick but this has definitely not gone the way it was intended.
