Interior Minister Rehman Malik has made it clear that India is interfering in Balochistan via Afghanistan while decisive action is being against Supreme Commander banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan Baitullah Mehsud.

In an exclusive interview to French TV, he said, India is supplying weapons to terrorists and extremists in Balochistan via Afghanistan while terrorists are also getting weapons in FATA from Afghanistan.

For the first time Pakistani Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has raised the issue of Indian interference in Balochistan before the Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh at Sharam-ul-Sheikh, Egypt, he said.

Operation Rah-e-Nijat against Supreme Commander Baitullah banned TTP Mehsud would be decisive and Government would not sit silent till complete elimination of terrorists and extremists, he said.

Government is committed to flush out insurgency and such elements have been flushed out from Swat, Buner and Dir, Rehman said.

Answering to a question, he said, the champion of democracy US should listen voice being chanted by Pakistani citizen and halt drone strikes in country's tribal areas. He went on to say the drone strikes are not only counterproductive but also hampering security forces effort to win war against insurgency.
