Civil and Judicial Magistrate Rai Afzal Ahmed Kharal on the appearance of Federal Minister for Water and Power Raja Pervaiz Ashraf before the court has canceled his arrest warrants

The court also restored his bail and on the minister's request exempted him from appearing before the court

The federal minister appeared before the court with his counsel and requested the court that he could not appear before the court due to his hectic schedule and therefore he be exempted from court proceedings. The court granted him his request and exempted him.

The court also cancelled his arrest warrants and restored his bail. The hearing has been adjourned till December 12.

It is pertinent to mention here that cases were filed against Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Naheed Khan and other PPP members in thana airport on charge of misbehaving with staff of High court and agitation in 1998.
