A huge difference of 4 trillion 15 billion and 40 crore rupees has been recorded between the document provided by the Ministry of Finance and the one which State Minister of Finance Hina Rubani Khar showed in her speech of budget 2009-10 at National Assembly.

Hina Rubani Khar was the first ever women who presented the Federal Budget of Pakistan hence she remained confused in her whole budget speech.

With that, the statistics which Hina Rubani Khar shows in her speech and the statistics which the Ministry of Finance has been written in the document of budget 2009 have a total difference of 4 trillion 15 billion and 40 crore rupees.

According to details the volume of the budget which Hina Rubani Khar, while giving her speech at National Assembly, shows the figure of 28 trillion 97 billion and 40 crore where as the document of “budget in brief” given by the Ministry of Finance shows that the total volume of budget 2009-10 is 24 trillion 97 billion and 40 crore.

By comparing both it revealed that there is a difference of 4 trillion 15 billion and 40 crore rupees which shows the negligence of the authorities who have made the budget and it also tells that how serious the administration was who made the budget 2009-10 of Pakistan.
