The president of PML-Q , Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has strongly denied that he had ever indulged in any personal slander against former President Pervez Musharraf.

While strongly denouncing any baseless remarks related to former President Pervez Musharraf, as published in Paris newspapers, he berated the act as strictly against the ethics of journalism.
In a written statement he said that while there indeed were answers related to killing of Akbar Bugti and Lal Masjid, but there was no remark or slander against the personality of former President Musharraf.

He admitted that he had cordial relation s with former President, as they still were, however it did not suite his temperament and status to indulge in such cheap talk.

He reminded that he had an opinion in past, which he used to express as well, whether it was Lal Masjid issue or any other.

He said that it was against ethics to print what had not been uttered.
